Eric D. Madison - CEO & Founder

Eric D. Madison,  CEO & Founder

Eric brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software,  application hosting and networking companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune Global 500 organizations.   He has a proven record of bringing both new companies and new products to market.

Before founding FraternalSoft, Eric was VP of Marketing and Co-Founder at Abrevity, an information security software company.   Prior to Abrevity, Eric was Director of Technical Marketing & Alliances at Fujitsu Softek,  the US storage software division of Fujitsu Limited.  While at Fujitsu Softek, Eric was a key part of the team that helped spin the division out of Fujitsu.  Prior to Fujitsu, Eric was a Solutions Marketing Manager at Brocade Communications where he was responsible for new OEM development and was an advisor to the CEO.  Prior to Brocade, Eric worked in the Application Service Provider (ASP) and Internet Service Provider (ISP) markets where he held various senior level engineering positions.

Eric is involved in numerous fraternal, social and charitable organizations including Freemasonry, the Yosemite Association and the American Hiking Society. Eric is a member of Willow Glen Fraternity Lodge #399 in San Jose, CA, a 32° Scottish Rite Mason in the San Jose Scottish Rite Bodies and is a York Rite Mason in Maryland.

Eric attended the University of North Carolina at Asheville where he holds a BS in Computer Science.

Brad Finnsson

Brad Finnsson,  Chief Architect & Co-Founder

Brad has over 20 years of experience in software development and architecture, specializing in development and maintenance of metadata and database structures, toolset applications, communications, and file system structures.

Before Co-Founding FraternalSoft, Brad was Sr. Software Architect at Abrevity, an information security software company. At Abrevity, he architected, designed, and implemented a complete distributed communications system and a distributed file aggregation system used in conjunction with the multi-tier/multi-node classification system.

Prior to Abrevity, Brad was a Staff Engineer at Epiphany, Inc, where he was a primary contributor to the Epiphany Studio (Metadata studio to the Epiphany CRM product) team. At Epiphany, Brad had extensive involvement with designing and implementing metadata structures; creation, utilization and migration of metadata; and application upgrade processes. He also had involvement with designing and developing database architectures both with clients externally and internally; utilizing SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and Access.  Prior to Epiphany, Brad was a Sr. Software Engineer at Moss Software, Inc, where he was in charge of building the metadata studio for the ActiveSales CRM product.

His experience has allowed him to develop applications and reports to support customer requirements in the following fields: Information Security, CRM, Insurance, Medical Tracking, FDA Reporting, Employee Staffing, AQMD, Financial, Back Office Systems, and Manufacturing.

Brad holds a BS in Business Computer Methods (Information Systems) from California State University of Long Beach.
